Ogopogo's Turn Up the Heat at Provincial Championships
Coastal Water Concerns: Ogo’s invade Nanaimo waters!!
Our Ogopogo swimmers turned up the heat at the Provincials in Nanaimo last month.
The best dressed of the bunch, our Siracha clad chilis had the other teams burning up with envy all weekend. Despite the stress and concern relating to the turmoil back home, our swimmers made the water boil en route to sizzling efforts and brilliant performances that resulted in a wave of best times, provincial medals and new club records.
All of our swimmers represented well and showed strength and resilience throughout, whether in success or disappointment – talk about bringing the heat!!!
The Provincials wrapped up another successful summer swim season. Thanks to all who made it what it was!
