Description:

The Community Gaming Grants program distributes $140 million of commercial gambling revenues per year to not-for-profit community organizations throughout the province. Each year, $5 million of that budget is allocated to the Capital Project Program, for capital projects undertaken by not-for-profit organizations that cost between $20,000 and $1.25 million dollars and that provide significant benefit to their communities. Past projects include new buildings, childcare facilities, renovations, new kitchens, playgrounds, vehicles, audio/visual equipment, and equipment for individuals with a disability.

Interested in applying for a Capital Projects Sector Grant in 2019? Join staff from the Community Gaming Grants Branch for this interactive webinar to learn more about the grant, including eligibility criteria, how to apply, the assessment process, and what’s new for 2019. The first half of this presentation will review new program changes, eligibility rules, required documentation and the application.
