The Ogopogo Swim Club will be offering an OPTIONAL dryland program for Juniors and Seniors to participate in on Wednesdays and Fridays each week. If you sign up for this program, you must attend the ZOOM session starting in Week 1 on May 6th. The first week will be an introduction from our Dryland Coach, Cory Krist and the program he intends execute with the groups. In the first week, the key will be watching and listening to what the program will be about and learning the safety instruction.

Juniors (Ogies, E, D) will run from 4:00-4:25- this session will resemble the key components to our required activation program along with some fun new ideas. The sessions will be muted so that the 25min can run along smoothly.

Seniors (C, B, A) will run from 4:30-5:15—the kids will be in the waiting room of ZOOM and ready to start at 4:30. The sessions will be muted. Our goal is for Cory to give instruction and carry out the exercises in a timed set situation so that it is a good dryland workout that flows. Each swimmer has to take the initiative to come ready for their own workout and put into it what they want to get out of it. At the end of the session, a cardio set will be given that the swimmer should be prepared to do immediately following the strength set. For the first two weeks, all exercises will use body weight. Do not stress out about needing any equipment.

*For the month of May, we are charging $15 for the Junior dryland and $20 for the senior dryland
